Jennifer Aniston, Perpetual Love Pessimist?

It’s been said that every woman has the love life she wants. If this theory holds any weight, one could assume that a person’s own preconceived outlooks and thoughts shape the future of their relationships. With rumors abound that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer broke up, yet again, should we be wondering if this somehow stems from her somewhat pessimistic attitude regarding love?

In a recent interview with U.K. magazine You, Aniston has been quoted as saying:

“Who ever said that every relationship has to last forever? That’s hoping too much.”

When questioned about finding a perfectly compatible partner, Aniston offered an equally dismal response:

“I don’t have one and I don’t think it exists.”

If these quotations are indicative of anything, it’s a woman who is unsure of the relationship she’s in. Although she been blessed with a success, wealth, beauty, and an apparent all-access pass to the fountain of youth, she’s been relatively unlucky when it comes to love. It can’t be easy getting dumped for sex-pot Angelina Jolie, followed by a string of unsuccesful relationships. Poor Aniston, better luck next time.
