Addicted to America’s Best Dance Crew?

We are too. This season, one of the featured crews is Team Millennia from Fullerton, CA. This group of dynamic dancers has been able to stand out for two seasons in a row. Last year, they almost made it to the final rounds of competition for the show, but unfortunately didn’t make the cut. This season, they are back and better than ever, and are among the final nine crews selected to compete on MTV’s weekly ABDC show.

Fans that are familiar with Team Millennia through MTV may not be familiar with the time, sweat and dedication it takes to achieve success at this level. In fact, many of these dancers have been performing for years, practicing and competing with other dance teams and companies. Team Millennia fosters a younger competition team, called TM Juniors. Last year, we spent some time with the juniors, attending practices and interviewing the team members to see what it takes to be a young, professional dancer. The result was a mini-documentary, “For the Love of Dance.”
