This isn’t the first time the 24-year-old musician has been rehabilitated, she’s checked in twice before. According to different sources, she’s either being treated at a facility in Los Angeles or Oregon. However, lips are tightly closed as to what the Osbourne is being treated for. Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, spoke to RadarOnline acknowledging her daughter’s situation, “Kelly knew she needed help and she’s getting it.”
