“Ghostbusters” is celebrating their 30th anniversary and is on a limited run in theaters currently. One of our favorite original cast members is the great Bill Murray. He recently spoke with The Toronto Star and shared his casting suggestions for the upcoming “Ghostbusters III” film. The movie is rumored to revolve around a female ensemble. It is sad to confirm that Joan Rivers has passed away. The 81-year-old comedian died peacefully after being in a medical induced coma, followed by life support. Rivers had previously went in for surgery on her vocal chords and became unresponsive. Her daughter, Melissa Rivers, released the following statement regarding her mother’s passing.

Looks like the “Superbad” actor Michael Cera has released a surprise album. My first thought was, “This is probably going to be so hipster that it hurts.” “True That” has 18 songs that can be streamed via Bandcamp. It is currently categorized as Indie-Folk and consists of full songs that include vocals, yet many tracks are solely melodies. Yes that is right, the trio that has delivered viral hits such as, “I’m on a Boat,” “Dick in a Box,” and “Like a Boss.” The comedy group originally gained an audience via their music sketches on “Saturday Night Live.” After gaining huge success they started to release full albums of their own, where they ended up topping the charts each time. Now Universal is giving them the chance to shine on the big screen.

“Weird Al” Yankovic is back and he is full of new parodies. Continuing the art of being a musician-parodist, Yankovic has took on some of the most recent popular songs. There will be a new music video every day of this week for the songs off of his album “Mandatory Fun.” Today Yankovic released the music video for “Word Crimes,” where he takes on bad grammar. It appears the whole gang is back for the sequel to the 2011 comedy, “Horrible Bosses.” Today we were gifted with the “Horrible Bosses 2″ trailer, that promises laughter on top of laughter. In the first film Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis conspired to kill their bosses after realizing these evil bosses were causing them to be unhappy. Although these attempts didn’t go as planned, their outcome has appeared to make them feel like legit hardcore criminals.
