Making the Band must be on fire because Day 26 is no. 1 just a week after Danity Kane was no.1 last week. This week, the members of Diddy’s “ultimate boy band” sold 190,000 copies outselling Panic! At the Disco by more than 50,000 copies.

I must admit, Diddy’s Day 26 is a talented band who can really sing, have stage presence, and have a semi-catchy debut song, “Got Me Going.” This is far contrasting Danity Kane who, along with only two decent singers (Dawn and D. Woods,) have a tranny (Audrey) who thinks of himself too highly and wears too much makeup, sweet but sucktastic former NBA dancer, whatsherface, and Aundrea, the girl whose voice shrills and doesn’t mesh with the others. Their song “Damaged” is a fairly catchy single, but that does not mean that these girls are the superstars they think they are.
