Now that the Primetime Emmys have come and gone, celebrating the best of TV in 2013, it’s time to make way for this year’s new shows and seasons of old favorites.

Although actress Vera Farmiga didn’t come home with an Emmy, she was amongst the nominees in the category of Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Norma Bates in A&E’s “Bates Motel” also starring Freddie Highmore.

Shooting on Season 2 of “Bates Motel” is currently underway, and is slated to pick up where Season 1 left off, next year. Although we don’t have an official date for the second season debut, we do have a first look at a poster to whet your appetite:
